I am an experienced App developer with several mobile applications available in both the App Store and Play Store, with downloads currently totalling in the thousands. I have strong skills in both design and development. As a freelance developer, the majority of my work has been individual, requiring a range of skills and good time management. Whilst working for agencies I have often worked with a team of developers, usually as a lead to manage the resources effectively.
iOS Development using Swift, Objective-C and Xcode. Android Development using Java and Android Studio. Experience of the complete development lifecycle, including release into both the App Store and Play Store for free and paid apps. Use of APIs and Services (particularly Parse and MixPanel) to provide backend data to mobile applications, including media streaming services and analytics. Experience with Git and SVN.

Whilst self employed, my focus has shifted from Web development to App development. I have been hired to build several small apps and also joined a startup as the sole developer of their iOS and Android apps focussing on relationship development (intimacy and communication). There are currently three active apps in the iOS store and two in the Android Play Store.

I was responsible for the design and some development of the full range of websites and marketing campaigns for this agency. This required the use of the whole Adobe suite to produce both digital and print work for all types of clients, including many in the healthcare industry and local councils.
